Certain Products and Services, exclusively available on the website, may have limited quantities. Purchasing Our Products & Ordering Process
To register for an Orangery Coffee account and purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

- You will be solely responsible for all account activity and transactions.
- You will maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for conduct violating applicable laws or deemed harmful to our interests. While Orangery Coffee does not directly process payments, we utilize Shopify Payment. and its affiliates for secure payment processing via credit cards for our subscription products and services. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to Orangery Coffee, you agree to our terms of use, which include:
1. Subscriptions Renewals:
Your recurring subscription shall automatically renew at the designated interval. Upon such renewal, your credit card will be charged for the chosen subscription products unless you elect to terminate the agreement. You maintain the sole discretion to cancel at any time, either through your account's "manage subscriptions" section or by contacting us at support@orangerycoffee.com.
2. Pre-Paid Gift Subscriptions:
Gift subscriptions purchased with a pre-determined duration ("pre-paid gift subscriptions") shall have a fixed expiration date and will be charged in full at the time of order placement. Pre-paid gift subscriptions will not automatically renew upon reaching their expiration date.
3. Additional Costs:
Taxes and shipping fees may be incurred when merchandise is added to your subscription orders. These additional charges will be clearly indicated at the time of selection.
4. Cancellation and Modification:
Except for pre-paid gift subscriptions, you may modify your subscription by adjusting delivery schedules, temporarily pausing the service, or canceling altogether. These actions are easily accomplished through your account's "manage subscriptions" section or by contacting our customer service team. Pre-paid gift subscriptions cannot be modified after purchase.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped between Friday and Sunday of each week. Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS; P.O. Box deliveries will be shipped via the USPS. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. Shipping weight is different form the product weight due to the weight of the packaging material. Orangery Coffee website products are only available for delivery in the United States. For delivery outside the continental U.S. and to U.S. Territories, please email support@orangerycoffee.com.
